Another small FocusWriter release

I made a small bugfix release of FocusWriter, version 1.6.7. I fixed a few minor issues: the printing now no longer adds extra indenting; the window margin of the themes respects 1-pixel margins again; and finally the background of the text area is no longer incorrectly scaled on HiDPI displays.
